Discussion on key control points of laboratory operation and maintenance based on biosafety risk assessment

Through the investigation of a number of domestic biosafety laboratories and maintenance units, this paper analyses and summarizes the key control points in the operation and maintenance of biosafety laboratory facilities and key protective equipment from the perspective of biosafety risk, in order to provide key points for laboratory maintenance personnel and provide a basis for the preparation of the Code for operation and maintenance evaluation of biosafety laboratories, so as to improve the maintenance level of biosafety laboratories in China, and strengthen the biosafety guarantee capability.
